Our subdivision, comprised of 182 lots, was created with a musical theme for all street names and model homes. The last two lots in the neighborhood are under construction by a current resident, as of October 2000. Our first house closed in March 1989 and the last new home closed in May 1996. We are located adjacent to the Hunter's Creek Golf Course, off Hunter's Creek Blvd.
The amenities of Tanglewood are what set us apart from the rest of Hunter's Creek. We are the only community which is both gated and guarded. We have our own swimming pool and a large jacuzzi, as well as two lighted tennis courts. All front yards and original plants, as well as the common areas, are maintained by the Tanglewood Homeowners Association. We are a very proud part of the Hunter's Creek community.
