Settlers Landing was the second neighborhood built in Hunter's Creek. It has a neighborhood swimming pool and is surrounded by Conservation Area, open space, and Eagle Lake. Settlers Landing is located off Hunter's Creek Blvd, west of Orange Blossom Trail and east of John Young Parkway.
Our first residents took occupancy in May 1987 and the last new home buyers closed on their home in January 1991.
