Sandhill Trace is a gated neighborhood of 77 homes, located off Hunter's Creek Blvd, and shares its entrance with the Hunter's Creek Golf Course. Sandhill Trace is surrounded by the golf course and a small pond behind lots 52 thru 66.
The first residents moved into their new home in May 1996. The last of our new homes was purchased in January 1999.
