 Palma Vista’s first residents moved into their new home in January 2002. This neighborhood consists of 203 beautiful homes, built by Engle, Lennar and Park Square Homes. Palma Vista lies on the westernmost boundary of Hunter’s Creek, and is adjacent to Flora Vista. The Vistas are located off Town Center Blvd, west of Shingle Creek, in the western section of Hunter's Creek.
