Orista Bay is located off Hunter's Creek Blvd, very near to the Hunter's Creek Blvd./Town Center Blvd. intersection. Our first new home was completed in May 1992 and the last new home was purchased in June 1995.
We are a small community of fifty well-constructed homes and well-manicured lawns. Many of the residents consider it "The Crown Jewel of Hunter's Creek." It is a multi-cultural community with a wide variety of ages ranging from infants to retirees. We are fortunate in that most residents back up to either a lake or Osprey Park, thus providing the right balance of family privacy within a close-knit community.
Orista Bay offers something for everyone because of its location near Osprey Park. Residents can easily take a leisurely walk, jog, roller blade, or bicycle ride along the lake, young children can play in the sandy playground, dogs can run in the dog park, and soccer and other sports are available for all. The picnic shelter offers a convenient place for family events. The Osprey Park Community Building is easily reached with a short walk through the park.
The residents of Orista Bay enjoy one another as they watch space shuttle launches or fireworks from their lawns, share ideas of improving their homes and lawns with one another, have impromptu gatherings in their driveways, or engage in conversations on the many walking encounters. We are proud of our neighborhood.
