This is one of the last neighborhoods to be built in The Vistas here in Hunter's Creek. We are located off Hunter's Vista Blvd. Mar Vista is the first neighborhood on the right as you pass under the Central Florida Greenway. It is surrounded by lakes and Conservation Area.
Our very first home sold in March 1999.
