 Mallard Cove is conveniently located between John Young Parkway and Orange Blossom Trail, off Town Center Blvd. This location allows easy access to the Greeneway toll road (417) from either direction. Our neighborhood is just a five to ten minute brisk walk to the bank, Walgreens, and other convenient shopping within Hunter's Creek.
The first new home closing in Mallard Cove was in March 1992. The last new home was completed in December 1996. We have 182 homes that are generously spaced and many are lakefront. Some residents have the benefit of two separate interior lakes within the development.
Neighbors may be seen, from time to time, rowing or fishing in the lakes. There is also a small tot lot located within our community. We are surrounded by a large conservation area to our west, Lake Talova to our north, and Mallard Lake on the east side.
