Hunter's Isle is a gated community of custom-built homes by some of the areas top builders. We have two lakes within our boundaries, water fountains, and a small Conservation Area park. We are an island community and most homes have a lake view. There are many very elegant homes. We maintain high standards of appearance and maintenance.
Our neighborhood was started around January 1990 and the first residents moved into their home in July 1990. The last house was built in 1999. There are a total of 92 homes. We are centrally located off of Hunter's Creek Blvd. near the Town Center Blvd. intersection.
We have an active Neighborhood Watch Program, an annual Block Party, and a quarterly newsletter to inform all residents. We are a great place to live and enjoy in Hunter's Creek.
