The Maintenance Department is responsible for handling all aspects of the upkeep and repair of all Master and neighborhood common areas within the boundaries of Hunter’s Creek. This work consists of maintaining and upgrading the irrigation system and pump stations, as well as repair and replacement of all our recreational facilities at all our parks, including buildings; daily trash pickup of all major roadways and at all parks, electrical repairs and maintenance at Master and neighborhood entrances and overseeing grass maintenance and spray contractors.
