Golfview Condominiums are located on Town Center Boulevard, near Target Shopping Center. There are 240 privately owned condos on the property. Built by Pulte, this was the first property in Hunter’s Creek to ever be built as condominiums. They were very well-received, with the majority of residents taking ownership in March 2000.
