 Falcon Pointe is located on Town Center Blvd. on the east side of John Young Parkway. It was started in 1991 and the last house was completed in 1996. As one of the largest communities, it has 165 homesites. Within the community are two large lakes for fishing and boating and three smaller ponds. Mallard Pointe Park is located within our neighborhood and offers tennis, basketball, jogging, sand volleyball and a kiddie park.
Our kids attend the wonderful new Endeavor Elementary School, Hunters Creek Middle School and Cypress Creek High School. We have an active Neighborhood Watch Program that also acts as our phone contact system. We are very proud of our quiet community and are always making improvements to keep our community the nicest in Hunters Creek.
