Fairways is surrounded by Hunter's Creek Golf Course and several lakes. It is a gated community with a fountain at the main entrance pond and a second fountain at the interior retention pond. Fairways was the first neighborhood in Hunter's Creek to feature custom homes.
The first residents in Fairways moved into their new home in 1989. The last new home was closed on in December 1996. We are conveniently located off the east side of John Young Parkway, across from the Colonial Grand at Hunter's Creek apartments, between Town Center Blvd. and Hunter's Creek Blvd.
