Devlin Green is a gated community of 151 homes surrounded on all sides by either the golf course or a lake. Devlin Green has two ponds and a long entranceway where the gates are located. A golf cart pathway passes through the entrance on the way from the 15th hole to the 16th hole of the Hunter's Creek Golf Course.
Our first residents closed on the first home in May 1994. Our last new home buyers took up residency in August 1999. Our community is located off Town Center Blvd, west of Orange Blossom Trail and east of John Young Parkway.
