Apartment sizes are 952 sq. ft. for a one-bedroom and up to 1543 sq. ft. for a three-bedroom apartment. First-floor apartments have screened patios while the second-story apartments have open balconies.

Amenities include: gated entry, individual intrusion alarms, vaulted volume ceilings, storage for every apartment, garages available, full-size washer and dryer in every apartment, ceramic tile in foyer and bathrooms, paddle fans in every room, and walk-in closets.

For residents who enjoy exercising and outdoor activities, we have two swimming pools, a 24-hour fitness center, sand volleyball court, picnic area and playground. A car care center, business center and conference room, and 24-hour emergency maintenance are also available.
