Chelsea Landing is comprised of one main road and a multitude of cul-de-sacs. This layout has assisted in promoting a close-knit neighborhood to its residents. We are within walking distance to both the elementary and middle schools, as well as the shopping centers and Osprey Park.
We have 90 homes in our community (64 in Phase I and 26 in Phase II). Our first residents moved in the Fall of 1993. The last homes were completed in the Spring of 1998. Chelsea Landing has two entrances. Our main entrance is located off Town Center Blvd. The second entrance was opened in Phase II at Town Loop Blvd.
