The first home here in Chalfont was completed in December 1996 and the last house built went to closing in November 1999. Chalfont is located on the north side of Hunter's Creek, next to Heather Glen, off Town Loop Blvd. Chalfont has 163 homes.

Chalfont is a very caring, close-knit community, where our residents are always willing to help one another if needed. We are a very culturally diverse neighborhood with a blend of many different personalities. Some of the homes are adjacent to the Shingle Creek Conservation Area, which provides much beauty and wildlife.
