One of the newest Hunter's Creek neighborhoods, Casa Vista is located off Hunter's Vista Blvd. in The Vistas. The main Vistas entrance is off Town Center Blvd. Casa Vista is the second neighborhood on the left after you pass under 417 (the Greeneway). Casa Vista is close to Vista Park with its three soccer fields, basketball and volleyball courts and a dog park.
Our first residents moved into their homes in December 1999. In July 2001, Casa Vista with its 180 homes officially became a neighborhood of Hunter's Creek.
