 Ashton is a premiere, gated community located off Hunter’s Creek Blvd, on Lake Calabay. There are 34 homes in our neighborhood. Our population is less than 100 and our residents are of multi-national, cultural and racial origins.
Ashton is Hunter’s Creek’s only community completely fenced in, with the fence extending six feet into Lake Calabay. Walking one full circle around Ashton measures 0.75 miles. Development started in 1996 and was completed in 1997.
